Because of the nearby convenient location of bus and rail hubs, you’ll often see our neighbors walking along the sidewalk as they head to the station or move about their day. This is simply part of the normal daily rhythm of the neighborhood and helps keep the area well-connected and active.

The whole house and yard are yours to enjoy! We do keep a private small shed in the backyard to store tools & supplies which do not need to be in air conditioned spaces.

Down the hall, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed with relaxation in mind:
• Bedroom 1 features a king bed, TV, and ensuite access to the shared hall bath
• The hall bath includes a deep soaking tub and shower combination, perfect for unwinding after a long day
• Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bath with a luxurious Italian-tiled walk-in shower
• Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and easy access to the hall bath directly across the hallway

Each bedroom has a full length mirror as well as a make up magnifying mirror. Also you will find a noise machine/alarm clock/blue tooth speaker and convenient Type A and Type C USB equipped electrical outlets near the beds for electronic overnight charging.

A hallway linen closet is stocked with extra linens along with a thoughtful sewing kit and a “Forgot Something?” basket to help make your stay even more comfortable.

Outside, the large fenced backyard is ideal for both pets and play. Step off the covered porch and you’ll pass a cozy firepit before reaching the softly lit outdoor dining deck, creating a perfect space to relax rain or shine. ✨

Guests have access to the entire home, including the washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board located in the utility closet off the queen bedroom.

Parking is easy and convenient with fence secured parking for two vehicles, space for a third vehicle in the driveway outside the fence.
