Luxury in a small recent building sith 8 apartments, 30m from the sea: panoramic sea views, pool, parking, 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) for 4 to 7 guests, big terrace on the sea side (22m2) 1st floor (sea side), parking level on the access side (no stairs). Rich area, many palaces and promenades, restaurants and shops around. Bus to Kotor Old town (10min) in front of the building.

The space

The building is very elegant , covered with a noble stone (travertin). Best materials used in the apartment finishing: parquets, doors , aluminium windows, high level AC, high ceilings, nice hall ... Big Living Room of 31m2 (55m2 total living area including 22m2 covered terrace) and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen.. There are 4 to 7 sleeps : a double bed in the main bedroom, a double leather sofa bed in the living room, 3 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The pool is in the garden with a very fast access to the sea (2min walk).

Guest access

The exact location of our building is 42°27'40.8"N 18°45'53.4"E ( please enter this location into Google Maps to be sure where it exactly is ).
The apartment is Located on the 2nd floor (above the ground floor) from the sea side and ground floor in the back, it is directly accessible from the parking via the building hall (no stairs to climb). It can be a very important detail for elders, handicapped and families with small kids where climbing stairs could be a problem. The big covered terrace (22m2) , facing the sea, is a real place to leave and even to sleep.

Other things to note

The pool is open from June to September , sometimes till October.

Our apartments can host 7 guests but it is a maximum and it would be more comfortable if you rent it for 4 or 6.

Local tourist taxes, visas ... :
Please check on official websites of Tourisme in Montenegro if you have to have visa , register , pay the tourist tax ... we DO NOT do it for you and it depends from where you are , these regulations change frequently. But if you do not apply to local rules you could be fined on the boarder when you will leave.
