One bedroom, one bath cottage at the Stone's Throw property. Just a "Stone's Throw" to popular Sea Street Beach on Nantucket Sound. Also enjoy your private patio with dining table and grill for relaxing after a day trip to Hyannis, P-town, or Nantucket!

Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, and other area amenities, Dennis Port has something for everyone.

The space
One bedroom, one bathroom cottage at the Stone's Throw property. Just steps to popular Sea Street Beach on Nantucket Sound. Private outdoor patio with grill, parking for up to 2 cars. Walk to everything (restaurants, bars, etc.) Smart TV's to sign in to your own streaming service subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, etc. , wifi, bed linens, coffee maker, and bath towels provided! You are also welcome to use the shared shed to store your fishing rod, bikes, etc. We are typically provide bed linens, or you can bring your own if you choose. Occupancy is limited to two adults, with exceptions possible for infants who sleep in a crib or pack & play (not provided).

Coming to Dennis Port for a wedding? We offer weekend availability in May, June, September and October! We are 100 yards from the Pelham House resort, and easy walking distance to the Three Seasons, Corsair, Cross Rip, Ebb Tide, Soundings, and other popular local wedding venues!

Dennis Port is a fantastic location to relax on the beach, or use as a central jumping off point to explore Cape Cod and the Islands! We are 20 minutes from Hyannis, 40 minutes from Provincetown and the National Seashore, and 10 minutes from Harwich Port, where you can catch the ferry to Nantucket!

Guest access
The parking area is shared, but everything else is for your exclusive use. You'll have a private patio with a propane grill, a private outdoor shower, and the full 1 bedroom cottage.

Other things to note
Please note that this unit is attached to another cottage but is completely separate and private. including dedicated and private entrances and outdoor spaces. You'll have two parking spaces, a private patio with grill, and the entire cottage condo consisting of one bedrooms, one bathroom, and the living area & eat in kitchen. It's all yours!

Please note that beginning in Spring 2021, we no longer have Cable TV, but do provide a SMART TV which you can use to sign into your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc).

Early check-in cannot be accommodated, however you are welcome to park your car & enjoy the beach if you arrive early.

Our photos were taken in July of 2022. In the Spring of 2023, we upgraded the bedroom furniture from full to Queen!

We are always doing updates and improvements so when you arrive, you may find updated furniture or other little upgrades that we do over time!
