The home features two bedrooms and a loft, each furnished with a queen bed, ensuring restful nights for everyone in your group. A full bathroom inside and a refreshing outdoor shower make it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.

The living room offers a welcoming space to relax, complete with a Smart TV so you can enjoy movie nights or stream your favorite shows. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, making it simple to prepare home-cooked meals or quick snacks before heading out to explore.

Outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit under the stars, or fire up the BBQ grill for a summer cookout. The backyard is designed to create lasting memories with family and friends.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces like the patio and garden. Enjoy amenities such as the BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, and hot tub. The property also offers free parking.

Hot Tub Instructions

We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:

Using the Hot Tub

Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.

Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.

Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.

Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).

After Use

Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.

Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.

Safety Guidelines

Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.

No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.

Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).

Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.

Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.
