The Space:

Step inside Dennis Beach Paradise, a cozy and well-appointed Cape Cod retreat designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The home features two bedrooms and a loft, each furnished with a queen bed, ensuring restful nights for everyone in your group. A full bathroom inside and a refreshing outdoor shower make it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.



The living room offers a welcoming space to relax, complete with a Smart TV so you can enjoy movie nights or stream your favorite shows. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, making it simple to prepare home-cooked meals or quick snacks before heading out to explore.



Outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit under the stars, or fire up the BBQ grill for a summer cookout. The backyard is designed to create lasting memories with family and friends.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces like the patio and garden. Enjoy amenities such as the BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, and hot tub. The property also offers free parking.

Located just minutes from beautiful Dennis beaches, as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, this home provides the perfect balance of relaxation and Cape Cod adventure.



Getting Around:

Dennis Beach Paradise is ideally located in Dennis Port, making it easy to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer.



Beaches: Haigis Beach and Glendon Road Beach are just minutes away by car (or a quick bike ride), and you’re also close to West Dennis Beach, one of the Cape’s most popular spots.



Restaurants & Shops: Walk or drive to a variety of local favorites, from fresh seafood shacks to cozy cafés and ice cream parlors. Dennis Port Village has charming shops and convenience stores nearby.



Transportation: A car is recommended to make the most of your Cape Cod experience. Parking is available at the property, and local attractions are just a short drive away.



Day Trips: Centrally located, Dennis Port is a great home base for exploring the rest of Cape Cod — whether you’re heading to Hyannis for the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket, Provincetown for art galleries and dunes, or Chatham for its iconic lighthouse.

Hot Tub Instructions:



We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:



Using the Hot Tub



Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.



Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.



Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.



Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).



After Use



Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.



Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.



Safety Guidelines



Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.



No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.



Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).



Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.



Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.



Maintenance

Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.

House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
