« This was a great break, easy walk to town centre for a coffee in the morning, lunch or a beer in the afternoon. The house itself is a beautiful representation of a country house with great history and plans for the future. We enjoyed everything at our foot steps and the country feel we experienced here. »

« Secluded property right in the heart of Denmark. Wake up to the birds and kangaroos eating right out the front. Spent 7 days here nice and central to explore the great southern region from the hills of the porongorups to the trees of pemberton manjimup. The super IGA is right down the road. So cosy nights by the fire with a home cooked meal made it feel like a second home. »

« Enjoyed a couple's getaway weekend. Lovely clean home with all the basics you need for a holiday stay. Pot belly stove kept us cosy and warm in the evenings. Only minus was that the lawn area surrounding the house and where you park your car were a bit tricky to navigate as it was waterlogged and squelchy and just very wet. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. »

« Lovely place in the country (on a farm), but just 20 minutes from Denmark or Albany. Sonia is a lovely host and the area is just beautiful. The chalet is spacious, well equipped and has a toasty wood heater for winter stays. Very happy guests! »

« Fabulous miners' cottage, beautifully furnished and ideal for our trip to Denmark. Many extra touches made this cottage a delight to visit. Due to the age of the cottage, there was a couple of steps and little uneven flooring which you had to be mindful off but this was not an issue for us and very clearly marked. »

« A wonderful experience provided by friendly hosts. A lovely farm setting with opportunity to feed goats, chickens, rabbits and horses. Even pony rides if required. Our cottage was well appointed and quiet with a view over the valley. Comfortable beds and sofas. »

« Could not have had a better presented property or host. Vanessa answered all my questions promptly and with a very friendly manner. The property is close to the town of Denmark yet set back on a quiet road. Property was exceedingly well looked after and I would not hesitate to stay again and I will highly recommend to any of my friends going down that way. »
