« slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted . »

« The lodges are very well designed and attractive with good amenities, however it could do with a lot of TLC, the walls were all marked/scuffed, everywhere needed a good paint job. Wasn’t the cleanest of properties with debris on the floor downstairs which I hoovered up. Bedrooms neat and tidy with fresh bedding and towels. Jacuzzi was lovely and well maintained. Just a little more time spent on cleaning and maintenance and it would have been percect »

« The property is great, in a great location. Saying this i did have a couple of problems, The wifi wasnt working which was frustrating with three children wanting internet usage, Also the advertisement said there were two double beds and a sofa bed which isnt correct. »
