Two king bedrooms plus one queen sleep 6 comfortably, including a main floor king suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Mt. Baker Ski Area is about 25–30 minutes away. Snowline’s pool is a summer only amenity.



The Space:

Welcome to Canyon Creek Retreat, an updated three bedroom, two bath mountain home tucked among the evergreens in Snowline.



Made for Mt. Baker adventures and relaxed evenings back at the house, Canyon Creek Retreat sleeps up to six with two king bedrooms and one queen. It is an especially comfortable layout for families, couples traveling together, and small ski groups who want true bedrooms and plenty of room to settle in.



The vaulted living room is bright and inviting, with large arched windows framing the surrounding forest. Come home from the mountain, warm up beside the gas fireplace, settle into the sectional for a movie, or simply enjoy a slower evening together.



The kitchen opens naturally to the dining and living areas, making it easy to start the morning over coffee, fuel up before heading toward Mt. Baker, and gather again for dinner at the end of the day.



Outside, one of the home's best features is waiting on the back deck: your private hot tub surrounded by the trees. The deck also includes a Weber gas grill and outdoor dining for four.



Sleeping Arrangements



• Main floor primary suite: King bed with private full bathroom, soaking tub, and tiled walk in shower

• Upstairs bedroom: King bed

• Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed

• Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination

• Sleeps up to 6 guests



Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away, making Canyon Creek Retreat an easy home base for ski and snowboard weekends. The surrounding Mt. Baker area also offers snowshoeing, hiking, river access, and year round North Cascades recreation.



Guests also have access to Snowline's shared community amenities, including walking and nature trails, river access areas, a playground, open field, clubhouse, and sports courts.



Snowline's heated outdoor pool is a seasonal summer amenity and is closed during fall and winter.



Whether you are chasing fresh snow, planning a quiet fall weekend beneath the evergreens, or exploring the mountains in summer, Canyon Creek Retreat gives you a comfortable place to come back together when the day's adventure is over.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of Canyon Creek Retreat, including the home, back deck, private hot tub, and yard, along with access to Snowline's shared community amenities.



The Snowline outdoor pool is seasonal and available only during the summer operating season.



The Neighborhood:

Canyon Creek Retreat is located in Snowline, a private gated mountain community near Glacier and the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.



Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away, making Snowline a convenient base for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and exploring the North Cascades.



Within the community, guests can enjoy walking and nature trails, scenic river access areas, a playground, open field, clubhouse, and sports courts.



Snowline's outdoor heated community pool is a seasonal summer amenity and is closed during fall and winter.



The Glacier area also offers local restaurants and gathering spots for an easy meal or après ski stop after a day on the mountain.



Other Things to Note:

There is currently active construction on the neighboring property, so some daytime construction activity or noise may occur. We share this upfront so guests can book with clear expectations.

This is a true mountain setting. Wildlife, changing weather, gravel roads, and seasonal conditions are part of the experience.
