No longer is cleaning a baseline service one can expect...they require you to ask for your room to be cleaned. It is on a sign on the Front Desk which you may or may not see...It is also on the check in which you may or may not read when you sign it. It is not articulated nor does the check in staff ask you whether you want your bed made, clean towels or trash can...
