« Host communicated well up until the trip itself. Check in details were not provided at the promised time a few days before the stay was to start, then they gave an address that was not an actual building location and said there was an issue with damage to the room so we were not safe to stay there and recommended alternate apartments that did not accommodate our full party. We stayed only for one night as the accommodations were insufficient, then VRBOcare helped us to move into another place. »

« Unfortunately, a few things fell short of what we expected. The lobby and elevator seemed to be under construction and weren’t air conditioned, which was uncomfortable. It was also a bit confusing figuring out exactly where to use the key fob, and it took some trial and error to figure out the light switches. We also had to contact the host about the washing machine (which is also a dryer) since it wasn’t even plugged in.Cleanliness was our biggest concern — it felt like the unit had a rushed...
