« A really really disappointing stay!!! When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come and "book" us in. Basicly he just received our payment and gave us the key. On arroval to the room what a disappointment!! Not clean at all. The coffeemugs were stained brown, the glasses dirty. The bed!! O my soul!! The mattress should have been thrown away about ten years ago!! There were no toiletries or aircon as advertised. I had to buy extra toilet paper myself. Even...

« I booked this place for my mom and her friend who were visiting friends and didnt want to drive home in the dark. Upon arrival, they were checked in and the male reception staff watched 2 elderly woman struggle to carry their suitcases up the stairs while he watched his movie. When they got to their room, their were no towels, the bathroom tap was loose and wobbly and the tv wasnt working.
