« The hotel was very Rundown the hot tub and the pool was very dirty the food for the breakfast buffet was few and far between and not hot the light bulbs were out in the rooms the telephone never worked and the microwave didn't work and there is no restaurants on site or bars on site like it says on their website never will I stay there again »

« Everything was great except for when we got there Friday the 10th in the afternoon the short Hispanic lady was on the her phone speaking to friend or boyfriend cause when we stood in front of her she ignored us until my wife got her attention and you can tell while getting our room card she had a bad attitude look on her face cause we disturbed her cell phone moment. « Grandsons enjoyed the pool. Towels are available poolside. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Carpets were stained in places and the faucet on the bathroom sink was broken. Water only came out at full force, splashing water everywhere and causing the sink to drain slowly. Ceiling light was also not working but we had lamps. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t so helpful, but it was a gentleman and also the manager there that were amazing and I really appreciate them only negative there was like a dirt stain on the sheets forgot to bring it to their attention. My overall, it was pretty good. »
