The space
Nivera Stays (no party or loud music) is a private, ground-floor 4-bedroom home in Sector D-3, Vasant Kunj. No stairs, no lifts, just walk in, which makes it easy for elderly parents, children and heavy luggage.

The home has 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds & 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining area that seats the whole group, and a garden-facing verandah for morning tea or quiet evenings.

HOUSEKEEPING
Every stay begins with a full deep clean: fresh linen and towels, bathrooms, kitchen and every room, done before you arrive.

During your stay, our housekeeper visits twice a day:
- 7:30 AM: verandah and service area cleaned, water tank refilled
- 11:30 AM: all utensils washed
- Full home cleaning every alternate day

HOUSE RULES
Nivera is a family home in a quiet residential society, so we keep it calm:
- No parties, events or loud music; quiet hours after 10 PM
- Only registered guests inside the home
- Smoking outside only, never indoors
- Valid government photo ID for all guests (passport and visa for foreign nationals), as required by local law
- Unmarried couples are not permitted
- Security cameras at the main entrance and back verandah only; none inside the home
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, verandah, garden-facing area, and rear balcony.

The property is located on the ground floor, allowing easy access without stairs.

Parking is available within the society in designated areas.

As per local laws in Delhi, government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests. Check-in is subject to ID verification.

Other things to note
• Nivera Stays is a private home in a residential society and is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.
• Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM.
• Only registered guests are permitted inside the home.
• Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors (balcony use only).
• Exterior security cameras are installed at the main entrance and back verandah for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

The home is family-friendly and safe for solo women travellers.
