The staff was really great! The hotel was good for the price and considering it's in a VERY busy part of India. It's a little expensive, but make sure to take advantage of the hotel's service to and from the airport or train stations. They were very nice and helpful in planning the rest of our trip and traveling in India, especially since it was my friend and I's first time and we had no IDEA what we were getting ourselves into. The rooftop restaurant is very convenient and delicious, with a wonderful view. We stayed for three nights at the beginning of our trip and had planned to stay for two nights at the end, but when we got there they had placed us in their sister hotel, Hotel Arjun. If you can, STAY IN Hotel Shelton! They claimed it was of the same quality, but it was not. at all. it was only two nights, so we didn't complain, but if it had been more we would have tried to get rooms somewhere else.
