Terrible! When I arrived I was told that my booking didnât exist and I would have to pay for a new one⊠even though I paid Expedia. Then I was informed that they donât do bookings for longer than 2 days anyway. Plus Expedia are now refusing to refund me since I had to pay for a different hotel. Terrible from the hotel and even worse from Expedia.
