« The property looks like it's getting set up to be a great property to stay at, but still a lot of TLC needed in the rooms and community area. Our room was without any hand soap in the bathroom, no wash clothes only bath towels. There was very limited parking when we arrived (we were a bit later in the evening 10 o'clock) Lighting not very good. I think this property has great potential, but the little things like towels and hand soap, shampoo if (offering, etc.) should be available. »

« Beautiful property and location. Geese, ducks and swans are everywhere upon arrival. The desk staff (Carolyn ) and manager (Barb) were more than welcoming. Glimpses of zebra as you enter the parking area. The room is adjacent to the gift shop and restaurant. There are people everywhere during park hours. Safari disembarksation just outside your door !Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. Of mention, there's no window at ALL in the room. There's nowhere to sit except the bed. »

« Room was a little dirty with some dead fly's, pubes in tub, tub that didn’t drain, dirty remote. The larger 3 pool complex with a kiddie pool and lifeguards is not included. Seems others misunderstood like me. I was able to check in early so that was great »
