« The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient. »

« The host was very helpful and we loved the private outdoor space. The artwork is beautiful and adds a serene feel to the space. The beds & trundle bed were comfortable. The sofa was deemed uncomfortable, both for sitting or sleeping. Living room/dining room has harsh lighting, but great if you like it bright. All windows but the kitchen (looks out into the yard space) are covered with privacy film; light but no visual. We were surprised that our only entrance was in an alley, but it worked well....

« Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields. »
