« Fantastic short stay at this home in Del Mar. House looked like it was recently stocked for VRBO as all the kitchen appliances were nearly new as well as the outdoor grill. Beds comfortable and the house was clean. Couldn't find any beach toys other than towels or any games so be sure to pack those. I would have left some if I had thought of it. « This property is the first time for me that a property has lived up to its billing. In fact, it exceeded expectations. Towels, soaps, paper products, etc. were well stocked. Everything we needed as far as cooking ware and utensils was where it should be. The house comes with high end entertainment system's. EVERYTHING WORKED. (Never had that before.) « I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted. »
