« There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area. »

« Awesome spot! A super convenient location, coffee and food right across the street, as well as a variety of other options within walking distance. Beach views are a few blocks away, but beach (swimming/hang out access) is probably closer to a 20-30 min. walk if you have kids with you. Pull-out couch worked for our small kids, but I don't think an adult would have a good time sleeping on it for multiple days. »

« My experience with this VRBO was excellent! It was very clean inside and out. Amazing location right on the beach. They provided all plates, cups, utensils for our meals. They also provided chairs and beach towels so we can enjoy the beach without the hassle of bringing our own. Highly recommend! »

« The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! »

« We stayed here for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at SDSU. You simply cannot find a better location. The condo building and unit are rather old and could use some updating but its definitely clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the owner was great! We will come back! »
