« It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. »

« Smell of VRBO was horrible for 24 hours, smelled of poopy diapers. Cleaners tried to cover odor up with air freshener spray which compounded the stench. Listing agency did offer to bring an air purifier. 36 hours later stench was mostly gone but I went ahead and moved out a day early. Dog poop in backyard. Disappointing. »
