« I’m not one to usually complain, but with a last min booking I needed a room fast. The pictures on the site didn’t look too bad for the price. However the website it a complete SCAM!!!! Nothing is the same in the pictures as when you are actually there. No lobby, no front desk, no breakfast, and no pool. Well there is a pool but I’ll show what it looks like. « We stayed for a quick stop over with 3 small kids. The field next to the hotel was burning brush, so the room smelled like smoke. The hotel is also undergoing construction. The location could have been better, next to a Valero gas station and across from a Shell gas station. »

« The room was arranged very nicely. The temperature was set to welcoming temperature. The bathroom was very clean. I didn’t have contact with staff and I did not have the time for breakfast, although it did look good. Maybe next time. »

« Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel. »
