Chalets à De Graff

« The hotel was close to our activities near Bellefontaine and the hotel itself was modern, clean and had a nice bar area with televisions that showed the sports teams we were wanting to see. Staff were very nice and helpful with information about the area. The room was extremely clean and amenities very nice. »

« Chambre impeccable. Style vieux, mais n'affecte en rien le confort. Lit confortable. Très propre. Déjeuner très bon. »

« Very minimal, you pay for what you get »

« First of all, we didn't get the room we reserved. Bathroom floor was so dirty, my wife cleaned it with a white rag and it was black afterwards. The electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. When I went to grab a towel off of the towel rack, the rack fell off the wall. We had a reservation for 2 nights but left after the first. Will sleep in my car before I ever go back. »

« Liked?? You must be joking. A hotel with no reception . Seriously?? A hanging note sending me to another hotel for booking.... 10 years old towels...gray color.... I've been traveling in many countries. This hotel is a bad joke. And so are you. »

« Excellent sauf le train »

« Roaches all over the room, and when asked about it they claimed they didn’t have roaches as I clearly have pictures and other people staying/living there confirmed the rooms had them. »

« Thehotwl was next to the train, very noisy, we couldn't sleep, the room wasn't clean, the sheets were all stained and the towel, too. We found hair at the pillow and the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, but the milk was finished and no one replaced it, the waterfiller tasted like coffe. I don't know who is responsible for all this, but is a ripp off to pay for these conditions! »

« The flat was wonderful for two people. We struggled with the door code on the building, but the actual flat door functioned well. It is downtown, so the train noise once during the night and sirens 2 other times did wake me, so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, flat was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. We have stayed in other flats in this building and have enjoyed them all. We did contact the owner through the app as we were locked out of the building, and did not...

« Easy in, easy out. No issues. Would stay again »
