Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom luxurious condo.
Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding.
As you walk double door entry and enter under a rotunda ceiling/chandelier.
To your right will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a 50” smart tv. As you proceed down the entry corridor you will come up on the gorgeous gourmet chefs kitchen on your right off to your right that is fully loaded with amenities for your cooking needs. The full size laundry room is at the back of the kitchen.
Straight ahead down the hall will bring you right into the living room. Two couches. a chair, and a beautiful center piece surround the 65" smart tv mounted on the wall overlooking the ocean view. The living room also has a private entry/exit to your balcony
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, a couch, a 55” wall mounted smart TV, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower.
To the right of the living room is dining area, entry to the half bath, and a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a king size bed, 50” smart TV, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower.
The balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features a Kenyon Yacht style outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean.
OCEAN VISTAS AMENITIES:
Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.
Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna
Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.
Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.
CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know.)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100
PARKING: ~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed. ~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available) ~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations. ~ NO THIRD VEHICLES. ~ NO TRAILERS. ~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE.
PETS: One pet max 20lb weight limit No aggressive breeds Need up to date vet records showing rabies $150 pet fee
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
NEARBY: 5 Minutes from all of the Daytona Nightlife. 10 minutes to Daytona International Airport and Speedway 10 minutes to Volusia Mall 20 minutes to Daytona Tanger Outlets (Nike, Under Armor, etc) 45 Minutes to Blue Springs State Park 1 hour to Kennedy Space Center 1 hour to Saint Augustine 1.5 hours to Disney, Universal, Downtown Orlando

Great Oceanfront Condo
The property is exactly as advertised and is in a great location. Lucas is an excellent host and communicator.
The condo is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with everything you need for an extended stay. Beds are comfortable with options for pillows. Adequate and extra bath towels. The extra beach towels are a plus and were appreciated.
We were met by a host on Luca's behalf who oriented us to the building, the condo and the amenities that we had access to. The fenced in dog area was one of the best we have seen in our travels and was plus for our pooch who is obsessed with tennis ball play. Have no hesitation in recommending this property, the unit and Lucas as a host. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing condo!
Lucas was a great host!! Very quick to respond and helped with every question and need!!!
The condo is perfect! Parking spot was very close to elevator and the condo door is steps from elevator. Very convenient ! The condo is huge with everything you need for a perfect stay. Balcony is very private with an amazing ocean view.
Book it! You won’t be sorry!!!!

Anticipated nearly everything. Lucas was quick to respond to iur questions. Jen gave a great tour of the facility. View from the large balcony were stunning. Big bedrooms, kitchen and dining area.large bathrooms as well.pool was clean and not crowded. Hot tub was grest. Just the pool closed at dusk was only cimplaint

Beautiful condo- superb location!
Overall, this is one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. The location and views are amazing!
The condo itself was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The check in was a little lengthy, but I know they have made some changes recently and are working through them!
Overall, I would definitely stay again, and I also highly recommend!

Sounds & Sights of Oceanfront Spacious Balcony
The condo was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The spacious balcony with couch, chairs, ottomans, and 2 tables is easily enjoyed from sunrise to bedtime. The views from the large and truly oceanfront balcony were perfect! The check in process with tour of the parking and beautiful amenities was quite helpful. The building is beautiful and the condo provides a most relaxing beach/ oceanside vacation !

We had a great week in this condo. The bedrooms are large and the deck is covered for rainy days and huge for plenty of people to sit and watch the waves. Plenty of utensils and cookware!! Even a keurig!

We loved our stay at Ocean Vista. The condo complex is so well taken care of by the very attentive staff. The condo itself was very nice, as was the workout room, pool, hot tub and we really enjoyed the grill on the beautiful balcony while looking at the ocean. The dog walk area was wonderful. We really met some nice people that both live in the complex and many others that have rented for many years. We will definitely be back.

A property of extremes
This VRBO property is one of extremes. On the positive/amazing side include:
The property itself is an extremely upscale condo with almost every building amenity possible
The location of the condo is perfect
The furniture in the condo is very nice
The support team (Lucas) was amazing as he helped us with getting a new coffee pot on a Sunday evening and even shipped back forgotten air pods
The glassware was upscale and extensive
On the negative/cheap side:
The dinnerware was corelle
The silverware was cheap
The linens and towels were extremely cheap
The blankets, quilts, and sheets were flimsy and cheap
The owner provided 1 beach chair and 1 boogie board for a 3 bedroom condo
The owner provided almost no expendables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tabs, etc.
Overall I would not recommend this property. Instead, I would tell you to rent a property that may not be as aesthetically pleasing, but provides a better overall experience.
