Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Oceans Three Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, stocked library, pool heated seasonally, and secure garage parking.

When you enter this corner unit on such a high floor, the ocean views will take your breath away! This condo has a unique view in which a part of the view is truly direct oceanfront and the remainder is along the side of the building. This affords wonderful views of both the direct, oceanfront and the riverfront side of the city. The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The living room includes a comfortable leather sofa that reclines on both sides, a flat-screen television, and stunning oceanfront views. The dining area has the best views in the condo and accommodates 4 comfortably. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes three bar stools for additional seating.

The ocean view primary suite hosts a queen bed and private balcony access. The adjoining primary bathroom is designed with accessibility in mind. It contains a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The walk-in shower has a low ledge, adjustable handheld shower head, a grab bar, and a built-in shower bench. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen television, and an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bathroom is ensuite but also has a separate entrance so that guests do not need to go through a bedroom to use it. This bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with an adjustable, handheld shower head.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement.
