The sprawling oceanfront deck offers plenty of lounge chairs surrounding a large outdoor pool and hot tub, and you'll also find a deluxe fitness center, an oceanfront club room and kitchen, and a tranquil oceanfront courtyard.

Located in tranquil Daytona Beach Shores, St. Maarten sits directly across the street from a homemade popsicle shop, a locally owned pizza restaurant, a liquor store and a beach shop. Just a couple of minutes' walk away are a golf cart and bicycle rental shop, Trader's oceanfront restaurant, a Winn-Dixie grocery store and an IHOP.

Each room in this beautiful oceanfront condo is tastefully decorated with quality furniture, TVs, linens and décor. Relax in the oceanfront living room on comfortable furnishings while soaking in the ocean views. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with an eat-in bar, enjoy the coffee bar in the morning, and indulge in a cocktail or glass of wine with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic after dinner. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private laundry room.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, a walk-in closet and private balcony access. The ensuite primary bathroom has his and hers vanities, a garden tub and a spacious walk-in shower with a low ledge and an adjustable, handheld shower head for guests with accessibility needs.

The first guest bedroom is more like a junior suite, with a twin over full bunk bed, a smart TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom boasts an ocean view, a queen bed and a smart TV, with a full bathroom right next door featuring a tub/shower combo.

Decompress on your sprawling oceanfront balcony while listening to the seagulls, the waves crashing onto the shore and feeling the soft ocean breeze. Up on the eighth floor, there's nothing to hear but the sounds of the beach.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this unit, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a parking company on the mainland upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
