Tuscany Shores Condominiums is located in sunny Daytona Beach Shores, just north of the Dunlawton Bridge. The building offers an oceanfront pool deck, a heated pool, private beach access and a fitness center. Everything you need is close by: the Shores Publix is less than half a mile away, Oceans Golf Club is just a couple of minutes' walk, and the Shores Community Center, with tennis and pickleball courts, is only a 2 to 3 minute walk.

Step through the foyer of this private sixth floor oasis and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The oceanfront living room greets you with large windows all around, overlooking the ocean below, along with a smart TV and cozy furnishings. Right next to the living room, the dining area lets you enjoy meals together while overlooking the ocean. Just off the dining room is the modern kitchen, a cook's paradise with all updated appliances, an abundance of counter space and everything you need fully stocked. A second living room with a TV and a sleeper sofa offers extra space to spread out, and the condo also includes a private laundry room.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a large TV, walk-in closets and access to the oceanfront balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom offers a double vanity, a large walk-in shower and a garden tub. Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed and gorgeous views of the Daytona cityscape and the Halifax River. The first guest bedroom has a TV and its own ensuite full bathroom, and the second guest bedroom has a queen Murphy bed with a full bathroom right next door.

Please note that the Tuscany Shores HOA requires guests to complete an online background check and to pay its cost. We will help you with this brief process about a month before your stay. The background check is extensive and can include questions about employment and criminal history. The cost is $175 per person, but the HOA only requires the primary guest and their spouse, if applicable, to complete it.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
