Why choose Seahorsin' Around for your vacation? You deserve it! We are a newer rental with renovations completed mid June 2024. We have taken special care to make sure every detail is just right for you and your family. Our unit has been beautifully updated and modernized. We take great pride in making sure you are comfortable during your stay. As our guests, you deserve this!

From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated to fabulous ocean views. Here is some of what you can expect:

The Kitchen is large and bright with new Cambria Quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash. It is tastefully decorated and comes equipped with everything you might need during your stay. New silverware, knives, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dish towels, etc. There is a full size refrigerator with ice maker, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer and blender. There is plenty of counter space and 3 barstools to eat or relax at the counter. And did we mention the incredible view?

Just off the kitchen, you will find the in-unit laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as the vacuum, broom and other supplies you may want during your stay. We have provided an iron, ironing board and a steamer for your use. We want everything to be as convenient as possible for you.


We hope that you will find our living room comfortable and inviting. You may never want to leave. Sit back, put your feet up and enjoy the incredible views from wherever you sit! Our leather couch and love seat both offer recliners on each end and charging ports for those phones. The 50" Smart TV is on a swivel wall mount for the best viewing angles. The cabinet below the TV contains soft and cozy throw blankets to cuddle up with on the couch, as well as playing cards, board games for all ages, coloring and activity books. You are on vacation...relax, have fun!

The spectacular views continue into the dining room, with a large modern dining room table and comfortable seating for 6. There is ample space to enjoy your meals, play games or sit and enjoy each other's company, with a great view.

In the hallway you will find a fully stocked linen closet with soft and fluffy towels, both for the bath and the beach. No need to bring your own. We have it all for you.

Ahh, the primary bedroom, with a large slider door out to the balcony, offers another beautiful ocean view. The room features a king bed with foam mattress topper, all new pillows and bedding, 2 nightstands with lamps, a large dresser and a 40" wall mounted smart TV. There is a comfortable chair for relaxing or reading in the corner that can be turned into a bed for a child. A set of linens for the chair bed, extra pillows and blankets can all be found in the large closet. You will also find non-slip clothes hangers, a laundry basket, a standing fan and a pack n' play, should you need one, in this closet. We have tried to think of everything you might need.

The primary bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The vanity has storage space for all of your personal items and contains a hair dryer for your convenience.

The second bedroom can accommodate 3 guests, with an adjustable queen bed and a flat twin bed. All new linens and pillows adourn these beds as well. You have an ocean view to the east and city view to the west out of the window. This room also features a nightstand with lamp, large dresser and a 42" wall mounted smart TV. The large closet contains non-slip hangers, extra pillows and linens, a laundry basket as well as another stand up fan.

The guest bathroom is located right outside of the guest bedroom and features a walk-in shower. There is a second hair dryer located in this bathroom vanity as well.

The entry way closet is our beach closet. In here you will find beach chairs, a small beach table, boogie boards and beach toys. The exact contents may change as guests leave or loose items, but we will always make sure you have the basics you need to enjoy the beach and keep the little ones busy.

Last, but certainly not least, is our 40 foot long, direct oceanfoot, private balcony- with a million dollar view! The upgraded patio furniture offers seating for 7. The 5th floor offers a great vantage point- you are high enough for privacy, but low enough to enjoy all the action the beach and pool offer. Enjoy your morning coffee , meals, happy hour and more overlooking the ocean. Watch for dolphins, manatees and jumping fish. Be surprised at how close the pelicans pass by. Watch familes enjoying the beach, kids catching waves on boogie boards, people riding their bikes on the sand and maybe fishermen trying their luck. Hear the music from the ice cream truck that drives along the beach daily. Early risers may be treated to beautiful sunrises and the evening skies may turn cotton candy colors during sunset. If you are lucky, you may even catch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral or a full moon rising over the Atlantic Ocean. Our building currently has shoring poles as seen in the pictures, but they will not affect your enjoyment of the balcony. We hope you will find sitting ouyside peaceful and relaxing, no matter the time; day or night. There is just something about the sound of the waves and the salt in the air.

Sandpoint offers very easy access to the pool and beach. There are no long walks here. The pool is seasonally heated and offers plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The cabana building contains bathrooms for guests, no need to go back upstairs to use the restroom. Beach access is right off the pool deck and requires key access. Just head down the steps and your toes are in the sand. There is a hose to wash off all your items and a foot wash at the top of the stairs. Back on the pool deck is a shower to rinse off before entering the pool or to get any additional sand off. The pool deck is a lovely place to spend some time.

For those of you who require more than a walk on the beach for your exercise routine, Sandpoint has a small but adequate gym for those 18+, as well as a sauna located on the ground level. You will also find luggage and shopping carts on this level, as well as a brochure rack featuring many local activities and attractions. Vending machines have also been added for your convenience.

Daytona Beach Shores and Sandpoint Condos is an ideal location for your vacation, wether you are here for a couples getaway, a small family vacation or a group trip. It is just south of the more hectic and crowded Daytona Beach, but close enough to participate in any activities, events, shopping and amusements that Daytona offers. Our beach is never as crowded and is more family friendly. To the south you can visit Port Orange and Ponce Inlet. You will find plenty to fill your time locally or you may choose to venture out on day trips to the beautiful Florida springs, Orlando theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine and more. We are a short ride to the Daytona Speedway, One Daytona, Daytona Lagoon, the Bandshell featuring live concerts, Tanger Outlets and so much more. There is a Publix, a Winn Dixie and a Walgreens just a few minutes from Sandpoint. You can walk to 2 ice cream spots across from our building, both are delicious. The Top of Daytona is an upscale dining venue 2 buildings over with amazing 360° views and The Shores Resort and Spa is the 3rd building over and offers restaurant and patio dining as well as a tiki bar overlooking the ocean. You won't run out of things to do or restaurants to try. Whatever vibe you are looking for on this vacation, we are happy to help make suggestions.

Our family visits Daytona regularly, but this was a late planned girls trip and our first time in this condo and we were not disappointed. The host was super friendly and personable. She met us at check in with a luggage cart and showed us around. The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you need and more. The owner even text us to let us know about the shuttle launch, which was awesome because we didn’t realize it was happening and we would have missed it.The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on and there were plenty of linens. It was all in all excellent and we can’t wait to book our next trip!!

This condo not only had a breathtaking view with gorgeous sunsets, but the interior far exceeded our expectations as well. It was so light and bright and the decor was fantastic with the beach and seahorse theme. The owners really outdid themselves! There was everything we could have possibly needed from beach chairs to kitchen items and even laundry detergent! The huge balcony with table and chairs became our nightly routine with a glass of wine watching the sun set. Our host Julie was incredibly communicative and even met us at the property when we checked in to say hi and show us the property in case we had any questions. I can honestly say I absolutely LOVED everything about Seahorsin' Around and would definitely rent here again. A

True 5-star stay: This was, without question, the best short-term vacation rental experience I have ever had—across hotels, condos, and private homes—both in the U.S. and internationally. Most rentals fall short on essentials like towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies, but this property exceeded expectations. It was the most well-stocked rental we’ve had in six years. The linen closet had more towels than any place we’ve stayed, and every room included extra blankets & even chair covers for added comfort. The finishes are top notch, with high-grade granite in the kitchen reflecting the overall attention to detail. The unit was designed with care with special details throughout. The layout was a major advantage. We haven’t been able to find hotels in this area with adjoining or connecting rooms, making this beachfront condo the perfect solution. The oceanfront view is exceptional and rare—direct views from the kitchen, dining, living room, and primary suite, plus a side ocean view from the second bedroom. The balcony was the perfect level to experience the ocean. Thoughtful extras included a fully stocked beach supply closet. Service was outstanding—responsive, attentive, and truly “white glove” from booking through post check-out. The unit was immaculate, far beyond surface cleaning. Highly recommend—this sets the standard for what a short-term rental should be.
