Come relax at the World’s Most Famous Beach!
Our fully updated Daytona Beach Shores condo offers exceptional accommodations, awesome amenities, and a fantastic beachside location.

Ocean Terrace Club is located directly across the street from the beach. There is a private fenced outdoor pool, deck, sun chairs, shaded pavilions, shuffleboard, and tennis court. Our condo is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with 1100 sqft of living space, highlighted by modern beach decor, brand new furniture, smart TVs and freshly painted walls. Windows are tinted for privacy so no one looking from the outside can see in. Private balcony w/ patio furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and slow cooker. Modern dining table under elegant seashell chandelier seats 4 with 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar. Conveniently located on the first floor.

Primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with upholstered headboard, wall mounted flat screen, plenty of storage and en-suite bath with tub. Secondary bedroom contains 3 twin beds with access to hall bath with shower.

Free Wifi, linens and towels, central AC and heat, parking with plenty of guest parking, beach rinse off area, car wash station and laundry units on every floor. Within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

A ramp directly across the street provides access to the beach where you can soak up the sun and splash in the clear blue water. Make a left and your just a few minutes to downtown Daytona Beach for action and rides on the boardwalk, mini golf, water park and go kart racing. If you’re looking for serenity, make a right to Ponce Inlet and visit the lighthouse and nature preserve, rent kayaks and paddle board on the inter coastal, or fish off the jetty at sunset. Enjoy walks on the smooth sand beach, shop at the outlets or dine at one of the amazing local restaurants serving something for everyone—from fresh seafood to microbreweries to hand-made ice cream shops, we’ve got you covered!

If you’re looking for a day trip, we’re centrally located just an hour drive to Orlando theme parks and historic St Augustine.

The location was decent, and my initial communication with the owner was pleasant. Unfortunately, the condo's overall condition made for a disappointing stay. The unit appeared poorly cleaned and disorganized, with visible residue on kitchen appliances, expired food left in cabinets, and old items stored throughout the space. The coffee maker was not clean and contained old grounds and residue.Personal items, including medications and cleaning products, were left openly accessible, raising safety concerns while traveling with our children.There were no basic supplies provided upon arrival, including toilet paper or paper towels. The trash bag placed in the kitchen trash can was not properly sized and fell into the can, requiring us to provide our own. I reached out to the owner about the missing supplies, but did not receive a response during our stay, so we borrowed toilet paper from the management office and ultimately purchased our own.The condo also had multiple maintenance issues, including plumbing problems in both bathrooms, broken or unstable fixtures, and furniture that appeared propped up to remain level. Additionally, the listing described the unit as having an ocean view; however, it was not possible to see the ocean from this specific unit. Overall, the condo felt poorly maintained and not properly prepared for guests. The photos uploaded reflect the condo's condition at the time of our stay.

Absolutely—here’s the revised version with your edits, still under 1500 characters:⸻Check-in was a nightmare. I never received any notice to call the host in advance for access. We sat outside for over an hour—calls and Vrbo messages went unanswered, and there was no emergency contact. When the host finally responded, I was blamed for their failure to communicate.The unit looked clean at first, but the kitchen was full of used food, open spice jars, old medication bottles, and ziplock baggies with handwritten spice labels—unsanitary and unprofessional. The main bathroom drawer had used soap, toothpaste, prescription creams, and other personal hygiene items. The second bathroom had more of the same. In the closet of the second bedroom, there was a grocery sack of someone’s clothing.This is unacceptable. I’ve stayed in many rentals and have never seen anything close to this. Leaving behind prescription meds and used toiletries is a health and safety issue, period.I contacted Vrbo to cancel, clearly stating I didn’t feel safe and would not engage with the host. Vrbo later said they couldn’t reach her and refused to cancel.Laundry requires a prepaid card, but loading funds failed. I left linens unwashed and trash bagged inside—with notes—because none of the systems functioned as promised.This was a complete failure in communication, cleanliness, and safety. I do not recommend this property.

Nice stay in Daytona Beach Shores

The condo was in a wonderful location. The beach was a 3 minute walk across the road. The pool and the pool area were lovely. The beds were comfortable and perfect for us and our children. For the most part the condo was clean. There was some black mould around the kitchen faucets and in the bathroom that I would have expected the cleaners to have removed. However, I’m sure it’s difficult to manage a cleaning staff if the owners are not local. The owner was very friendly and spent some time on the phone with us to make sure we had all of the information we needed prior to our check in.Overall we had a great time and would consider booking again if we return to Daytona. For the price this condo is perfect!

Fun Family Trip!

We had an amazing time and loved the property! Communication with the host was so easy and professional. Property was just as described and we felt at home with the kitchen being well stocked and comfy beds. The kids loved the tennis court and pool. Mom and dad loved the easy and quick beach access. The property is in a great location easily accessible to activities, shopping and dining but also far enough away from the crowds to enjoy a large area of beach without someone right on top of you. We are used to having a washer and dryer in the room but knowing that we didn't ahead of time allowed for proper planning. The community laundry was close by and we had no issues using it. We would definitely stay here again!! We appreciate the owners opening their property to us 😁

Great condo

This condo is lovely. Plenty of room and household items you might need. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. The smaller bathroom could use a metal grout brush scrub on some spots near the bottom but it’s FL and humidity is an issue. This unit is on the bottom floor of the building so no beach view but it’s very easy to walk across the street to the beach. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels available in the condo. I have stayed at other VRBOs and never had to supply my own toilet paper so that was strange. That should have been made clear in advance. This condo also requests that you wash your own towels before you leave. Not a huge issue but there is no in unit laundry so you need to go down the outdoor hall and pay to wash the towels. Not a deal breaker but I have never had to pay to wash the towels. There was always an in unit washer to do that if requested. Despite these 2 things, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Filthy place in a secured building

The place was not clean, our feet were black from walking around on the tile floor, the shower floor was filthy, the screen door to the patio was in sad shape with the bottom of the screen all broken out, there was a stain on the area rug in the living room, the refrigerator did not have a light and one of the shelves was broke, which she is trying to file a claim on. There were used tooth brushes and misc. other products left in the drawers of the bathrooms. The coffee pot had left over coffee still in the pot, and there was expired food products left in the frig, the freezer, and the cupboards. I sent a text to the owner and her reply was she would send someone over - never happened. I have an excellent rating with VRBO, and I clean up after I leave. I have used vrbo for over 12 years and I have never had a bad stay until this one. Do not rent this place!

Place was clean and the beach was located directly across the street with a cross walk light on the same block, took 2 minutes to get to beach. Would definitely stay here again. Rose was a great host and quick to respond with any issues.

Nice Property!

The property is undergoing some improvements, but it really didnt affect our stay. The pool is wonderful! The beach was great, right across the street. The residents were friendly and helpful! The owner was responsive. We did have an issue with the keys to both the entry and the pool. And we are older and struggled figuring out the TV's. It would be helpful to have some instructions in the condo. Overall it was clean and very comfortable.
