House of the Rising Sun lives up to its name as the perfect oceanfront retreat for your next vacation. This home sits directly on the ocean along one of the rare traffic-free beaches in Volusia County, in a completely residential area with no beach traffic and no hotels anywhere nearby.

Port Orange is a quiet city between Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet, home mostly to full-time residents, with no hotels along its beachside area. It's home to Boondocks, where you can dine casually on the river and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by, along with the Ponce Preserve and many other nature parks. A quick drive into Ponce Inlet brings even more dining options, like Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar, along with attractions such as the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center. Daytona International Speedway is about a 20 minute drive inland, and the main attractions of Daytona Beach, including the convention center, Main Street and the Boardwalk, are about 20 to 25 minutes away.

The oceanfront primary suite is a retreat all its own, with a king bed, a sitting area, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds and a smart TV, and the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV. The full guest bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun and salty air! The spacious paved deck wraps around the home, with outdoor dining furniture in a shaded dining area and plenty of lounge chairs where you can soak up the sun while listening to the waves. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

This home allows a maximum of 3 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. The 2-car garage is available for guest use, along with a small driveway, so 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage and 1 in the driveway. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
