The resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, some exterior and common areas may still show signs of ongoing work during your stay.

⚠️ Seawall construction is currently ongoing and may create occasional daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary.
Our condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational, and guests continue to enjoy the beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and relaxing beachfront atmosphere while improvements continue throughout the resort.
