Bring your boat and enjoy everything that the East coast of Florida has to offer. Boating & Fishing right from your back yard from the private pier, or just a few blocks from the world famous Daytona Beach sands.

5 Bedroom, 5 bath home sprawls over 4,000 square feet. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, and upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 foldout sofas in the loft area.

Spectacular king bedroom suite has an amazing shower with multi-spray heads and a center rain shower, plus a private balcony with the best view of the sunset and the Halifax River.

Need to catch up with the office? Downstairs bedroom has a desk with monitor. The west wing has all the charm of the original 2 bedroom home with a wet bar, living room, and gorgeous beamed ceilings. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and one has an en-suite private bathroom.

The newer part of the home brings a modern, Mediterranean vibe with a fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare family meals, large dining room table, TV area, laundry and garage. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including the awesome primary suite. There are also 2 separate seating nooks with foldout sofas. Queen beds, King in the suite.

House Rules:
- No parties or events. No additional guests over reservation without host's approval.
- Fireplace is decorative only and not to be used.
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $450 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $500 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours and prior to getting your check-in code.
- Damage deposit of $2,000 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 25
- 4 cameras on the exterior of the house. Front, east, by pool equipment, & towards the pool/dock areas. They may record audio, video, and still pics.
