This gorgeous, 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom condo located inside the brand new Aruba Condominium building in Daytona Beach Shores offers exquisite oceanfront living! Located on the 11th floor on the northeast corner of the building, this unit offers both oceanfront and intracoastal views. Comfortably and fashionably furnished, this unit Sleeps a total of 8 people with 2 King beds and 2 Queen beds. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.



This property offers 1800 plus sq. ft. with its living space and master bedroom boasting ocean views! Large dining room perfect for groups of 8 plus 3 bar stools situated around the kitchen bar. The kitchen features new soft close cabinets, granite counter tops and is equipped with a full refrigerator with an ice-maker, dishwasher, 4 burner stove / oven, microwave, toaster, 7 Qt Crockpot, Air Fryer Oven - 6 Qt Dual BasketKeurig K Duo Plus Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Coffee Maker Iced & Hot, Ninja SP101 Foodi counter-top convection oven/air fryer, cookware, plates, and utensils. The kitchen skillets were not in good shape. Plenty of appliances but were all dirty. We couldn't use the toaster oven cause it was so dirty. There were bugs in the cupboards and throughout the condo. I don't know what they were? Kind of long wormy things with lots of legs ?? The condo itself was pretty, but was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty, the shower in the master looked dirty. I know they said if we noticed anything that wasn't right to contact them, however, when I pay that much for a condo I expect it to be clean and bug free when I get there. Not to have to have a cleaning crew and exterminator come after I'm already settled.

Feels like home

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for my husband and I, my 2 grown children, their spouses, and my 16 month old granddaughter. I would suggest purchasing some dish cloths and dish towels - I didn't see any there. Beds and furniture were comfortable. A couple more chairs on the balcony would be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo.

Could be so much better!

The unit is beautiful. The location is perfect - right on the beach, easy walk down to the pool and beach, convenient to stores and restaurants. But, there are some things that made this place disappointing. First, the unit was not clean when we arrived at 3:30. Instructions specifically stated that the unit would be ready at 3pm. We didn’t get in until 4:30. The condo needs a thorough cleaning. The floor in the bathroom for the hallway was disgusting around the tub. Hair, sand, dirt. The master bath curtain is turning colors at the bottom, and again, around the edges of the floor have not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was a drawer full of clothes left in the master bedroom (why isn’t cleaning checking?), a cap under one of the sofas, and we found food in various places such as under the coffee table and around the edges of the living room floor. Our son slept on the sleeper sofa and we changed the bedding because we could tell it hadn’t been changed since used last. There were not enough bath towels provided. The master had two towels and two hand towels and no wash clothes. They did provide some nice things such as small containers of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothpaste, but give me some towels over these items! The kitchen is equipped with the absolute necessities with plenty of flatware, dishes, and glasses. The parking situation at the condo is ridiculous. We had a unit that was setup for four adult couples and we’re given one parking pass for the garage and encouraged to carpool. Really? You want four couples to carpool? They do have some service parking, but it’s minimal and still not enough for all the cars. There’s only two disabled parking places for the entire building! Also, when we arrived, our instructions were to get our parking tags from the office. We saw someone in the office for 15 mins and then they were gone. We then got a notice on our car that it would be towed (we had been there for maybe 45 mins and had pre-registered our car) but we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to get the tag. Fortunately, someone with our group renting another unit had someone meet them upon arrival and she was able to retrieve our parking tag. Again, the until is beautifully decorated and the furniture in good condition and comfortable. However, with a good cleaning and the parking situation fixed, this could be an outstanding place to stay.

Mediocre Experience

For the price of the rental, we expected a great experience but it ended up as being mediocre. All of the instructions focused on what you would pay should anything be damaged, lost or missing. After entering into the property, we were completely confused by the number of keys (4) that were listed in the instructions but there was only 1 set of keys. There were supposed to be 8 wristbands for the Condo but there were 10. Don't bother wearing them as no other guest on any part of the property wore the wristbands (one less thing to worry about). The instructions said that there would be starter supplies for the condo (ie. toilet paper, paper towels etc.) but there was not which took away from our experience especially for the price. I will summarize the pros and the cons below: Pro's: Great location, great views, lots of space (4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms), close to the beach. Clean pool and hot tub. Weight room on the property. One covered parking space. Cons: Kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be refreshed. We purchased our own skillet because the main one is scratched. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job "re-setting" the Condo with starter supplies for toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and clothes detergent. The main Master bedroom toilet lid is broken and needs to be replaced. I gave this feedback per the instructions listed requesting for the toilet lid to be replaced during our stay. While they responded...they did not fix the toilet seat. This is a $15 cost and 10 minute repair that could have easily been done on the first day our request was responded to but was never done. Hopefully the owner can rectify this with the maintenance staff so that future guests won't have to deal with this issue. The Master bath had zero toilet paper and one bath towel. There were enough towels for each bathroom but they were all located in the first bathroom (after we searched) which seemed to be attributed to the laziness of the cleaning staff not to place enough towels in each bathroom. The second Master bedroom bed was not made and needs to be repaired. The brace underneath is broken or disconnected so the bed sags and is uncomfortable. The beach umbrellas were all broken (3 of them) and should be replaced if they are to be provided for guests to use or simply thrown away. Our review would have been better if it were not for the experience we had especially at the price we paid.

A very good property - still new!!!

We booked this property a few months ago. We really liked that it was 4 bedroom 3 Bath with full kitchen, Dining and Living room. Great views albeit from the 11th floor. So if heights bother you and you want to spend time on the balcony, consider that. We had only 1 problem the entire stay. It was the A/C. Appently the “builder” of the property put in CHEAP Lux Brand Thermostats. They were in the common areas also. They just are not compatible with the Heating and Cooling unit. I contacted the on call maintenance guy (of the owner of the unit), he was there very quickly. He brought out a very easy to use Honeywell Thermostat - problem solved!! Very clean pool and Jacuzzi. All new. And the pool is HEATED!!!! That’s a plus!! Even the wash off shower at the pool and the hose at the walk down deck from the beach are heated warm water. Amazing!! Brand new appliances throughout kitchen!! Excellent. The washer and dryer were great!! Front loading washer and dryer. We used them extensively!!! The way you take the trash out is pretty cool - they have a trash shoot on every floor at the elevators. It was fun taking the trash out and it dropping 11 stories to the dumpster below. This is perhaps the best property we have stayed at since using VRBO. Expensive yes. But I think it was worth every penny. Lastly, the owners use a Ten (10) digit code to enter the door to the condo. That was a pain and you always had to make sure you had your phone with you with a picture of the code the VRBO sends you. Otherwise, it’s a number that easy to forget. And you don’t want to do that because your property keys don’t work on that lock. I hope the owners keep the Condo in as great of condition as it is now. If so - you cannot go wrong with this VRBO!!!!
