This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away! Parking for this home is located on-street parking located on the street behind the property and is a 3-4 min walk.

Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area!

Private apartment with a gorgeous quartz countertops, soft close cabinets & fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush memory foam queen bed with cooling technology & an en suite custom bathroom!

Guests must contact host if they are wanting to bring a trailer or motorcycles before booking.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Parking is on-street parking & only allowed in the designated parking area on the street behind the home (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
$15 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

A separate $15 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $180 per pet per month.
