🔨 IMPORTANT RESORT RESTORATION UPDATE — OCTOBER 2026

Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022.

While many amenities are open and operational, portions of the resort's exterior, pool decks, and common areas remain under repair. The resort is an older beachfront property, and some areas may appear unfinished or show signs of ongoing construction.



⚠️ Seawall construction is ongoing and may create daytime noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary.

The condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational. Guests continue to enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views, private balcony, beach access, and available resort amenities while improvements continue.

We want guests to know what to expect so they can relax and enjoy their Daytona Beach getaway.
