The home accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: 2 queen beds

Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed

Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed

Bedroom 4: 2 Twin XL beds

Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed and 1 Twin XL bed

Each bedroom includes a TV and blackout curtains.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload Government ID. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements.

A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

Quiet hours - 10pm-8am

No late check-out without prior approval (unauthorized late check-out fee of $300 will apply if guest is not checked out by 10am)

No Smoking ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)



Mail & Packages Policy

- For the security of our guests and the property, we are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at this address for any length of stay. We recommend arranging deliveries to a nearby pickup location or local postal service.



-- This is a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am.

-- Parking available for up to 4 vehicles on driveway and in front of house. The garage, however, is not accessible to guests. Absolutely no parking allowed in front of neighboring homes.

-- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host.

--No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio.

--Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property.
