This neighborhood is currently undergoing revitalization, with several homes, including the one adjacent, at different stages of remodeling and rehabilitation. It's an urban area experiencing a dynamic transformation.

The Space:
• The property boasts two elegant en-suite bedrooms.
• The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave for your convenience.
• A washer/dryer combo is at your disposal for any laundry needs.
• For cooler evenings, a backyard heater is provided. Please note that guests might need to refill propane at their own expense.

Incredible place to stay. Extremely well appointed kitchen and every other aspect of the house. Location was great, several fantastic restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. Meal seating for 8. From the outside it looked like a charming little place, but it was like the Weasley's tent at the World Quiddich Cup, you step inside an it is way bigger than it logically should be. Absolutely loved our stay. And the communication with the host was excellent, plus lots of thought put into the house. (Light switches labeled, etc.) We will make an excuse to come back to Dayton to stay here again.

Beautiful house

I love it! This house lived up to the pictures. The house is clean and beautifully decorated; I can tell the owners take pride in making it a quality place to stay from the penny tile and mosaics in the showers and tile designs on the bathroom floors to the refinished original woodwork and exposed brick, to the furniture and wall decor and to the little oasis on the deck and the sensor lighting for the walkway. Even with 8 people overnight and more during the day, the house felt spacious. Also, the owners provided hand and shower soap in dispensers that made settling in and the stay that much smoother. Check in was simple and Mayra responded quickly to my communication. One of our group was already looking for an opening for her family to stay at this place.

Wedding weekend retreat

We booked our stay for the weekend our son was getting married in Dayton. The house is beautifully redone and is just as pictured! The bridal party used the home to get ready the day of…the bathrooms are beautiful and made it wonderful for the hair/makeup process. When we blew a breaker using a large steamer, the owner was super responsive and helped us get back up and running very quickly! Would 10/10 stay here again if the opportunity presented itself! Everything was amazing!

This property is updated nicely throughout! It’s nicely furnished , comfortable beds and bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is awesome, it has a huge island and very well appointed with dishes, pots and pans! We absolutely loved the outdoor deck to unwind after dinner! Definitely would stay here again!

Dayton South Park Home

As advertised very spacious home in the South Park section of Dayton. Area is undergoing a revitalization with some homes actively being remodeled. Overall, we found this house very accessible. We walked to Coco's, went to the RiverScape for the Irish Festival, and a short drive to the National Air force Museum. Hosts were very responsive and reached out multiple times to ensure we were comfortable and had everything needed for a successful trip. We were a family of 5 adults plus an infant--we had plenty of room and could have easily had a couple more people. Will stay here again.

Just what we needed

A few of us parents stayed here while our kiddos were competing in an indoor band competition. It was a perfect location to the Nutter Center and University of Dayton. The house was clearly an old house that had been renovated, but when they renovated they left many of the original house features. The floors were super cool and original hardwood. The kitchen is HUGE and all the essentials were provided. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Just around the corner to everything

My family and I stayed here over the weekend for the OHSAA Girls Basketball tournament. The house has such a great location that we were only minutes from food, coffee, grocery, etc. The bedrooms are large and private and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen was huge and contained everything we needed! WE really enjoyed the place and were grateful for the overall convenience with booking, checking in/out, and hospitality.

Perfect house for an imperfect situation

My family recently had the great pleasure of staying in this beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. We were unfortunately traveling for my uncle's memorial service. It has been a tough time for us as my uncle passed suddenly and unexpectedly. Being able to share this house allowed me to be together with my parents, brother, and another uncle. We were able to share memories, cook together, laugh together and cry together. It felt very comfortable and like a home. The host was excellent. A binder was provided with suggested local restaurants and activities. The binder also included contact information and instructions and helpful references for the property. I was most impressed by the kitchen, which is labeled!!! We were easily able to find everything we needed. I'm sure many of you that are reading this review have had the frustration of trying to find a spatula, mixing bowl, or other basic kitchen utensil. Well, if you stay here, the drawers and cabinets are labeled! I have been fortunate to travel and stay in many different VRBOs and other rentals. This property is the best. Everything was very well done and organized and comfortable. The only improvement anyone in my family could suggest is a thermometer on the beautiful back patio that is visible from inside. My family loves to be warm and loves to be outside. Knowing the temperature in OH is important. If you are traveling to Dayton, you should consider staying in this beautiful property

Great short stay

This home is lovely and spacious. It's located conveniently between the University (Dayton) and downtown with many restaurant and bar options close by. The check-in/check-out instructions are clearly noted in a binder and pamphlets were available highlighting local sights. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We've only stayed in hotels to visit our student but preferred staying here. This property was clean, large enough to easily accommodate our party of 6 with quite comfortable bedding. Ample space to spread out w/back deck and fenced in yard. We'd definitely stay again and wish we'd looked into it previously.
