« The room was clean and the staff was pretty helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and razor and they had extras for me. There was a problem with our toilet running, and I had to constantly pick up the lid on the back and push down the flopper. I didn’t really eat much of the breakfast buffet or at the bar or restaurant but I did go for a glass of iced tea and I had to wait 20 minutes and then the iced tea came out like white like it was just water, but other than that it was a good stay. »

« Hotel was great! Parking garage right across the street was nice. The valet parking was a mess. I couldn't pull under the canopy in front because there were cars parked everywhere. And then at about 2 in the morning there was a couple cars outside revving their engines. Not a good night of sleep. »

The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping and did not come across as very welcoming or attentive. On top of that, the drains in both the bathtub and the sink were clogged, which made them very difficult to use properly.
