DO NOT BOOK – FILTHY, UNSAFE, AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY
This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. We booked this home for four days and were forced to leave in less than 24 hours due to how disgusting and unsafe the property was. The unit had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival — even the cleaning lady admitted this to us when she arrived after we were already there.There was filth everywhere: floors were grimy, surfaces sticky, and the bathrooms were unacceptable. It was clear no one had prepared the home for guests. On top of that, there was no one available to contact or help us, leaving us completely stranded with children and no support.To make matters worse, one of their staff members walked directly into the home without knocking while my nine-year-old daughter was in the middle of changing clothes. This was shocking, intrusive, and completely inappropriate — and it put our family’s privacy and safety at risk.We tried to resolve this with the host and VRBO, but we’ve been constantly passed around and given no refund, despite the fact that we didn’t even stay one full day. They continue to claim nothing was wrong, even though the cleaning staff themselves admitted fault. It’s now been days of back and forth, and they are still refusing to take any responsibility.This property was falsely advertised, mismanaged, and clearly lacks even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest care. Do not book — unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy fighting for a refund
