Once the sun sets, head out back and sit by the fire pit or soak in the hot tub.

- Quiet time is 10 PM (Our dock is directly behind a neigbor's home - we ask you do not disturb them after this time).
-10-person maximum
- All guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children with their parents).
-Parking for 4-5 vehicles in driveway (driveway is an incline)
-Pets are not allowed. A $500 fee applies for violations.
-No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.
-There is a trail down to the lake & dock — please consider this if anyone in your group has mobility issues.
-There are SEVERAL stairs in this house - the main level is the second floor and requires 2 flights of stairs to get to. There are 3 floors in the home. Please consider this when booking.
