The beach can be reached within a few minutes on foot, while Soverato is only a short drive away and can also be comfortably reached by bicycle.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator access.

Offering approximately 50 m² (540 sq ft) of well-designed living space, it has been carefully arranged to provide comfort and practicality throughout your stay.

The bright living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed fitted with a genuine 160 × 190 cm (63 × 75 in) mattress, 17 cm (6.7 in) thick, ensuring excellent sleeping comfort for additional guests.

The peaceful double bedroom offers a relaxing atmosphere, while the modern bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower.

From the living room you can step onto the private sea-view terrace, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, unwind with a good book or simply relax after a day at the beach.
