    The first floor features a serene master suite with a king bed and en suite bath. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen beds, the fifth bedroom has a single over double bunk and a twin, providing plenty of space for everyone. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, enjoying a cup of coffee from the well-stocked coffee bar, or curling up by the fireplace, Ark Escape offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

    A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.







    You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

This house was a great fit for our large group. We enjoyed having 2 couch areas and plenty of seating for meals. The house was clean and the linens were in great shape. The coffee bar was great!

One of the Most Spacious and Enjoyable Stays We’ve Had!

This was one of the most spacious places we’ve ever stayed at. There were plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out and relax, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The kitchen was a highlight—very open, modern, and inviting, perfect for cooking meals and spending time together. We also really appreciated the outdoor gas grill—it worked like a charm and was great for our BBQ nights. Overall, a fantastic and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

This is a beautiful home tucked away on a private road. We loved the layout with bathrooms for each bedroom. Wonderfully equipped kitchen for group cooking and meals together. We only wish there would have been a flat yard for the kids to play, the back grass space is very steep.

The garage area was great for dropping equipment to dry out and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after being out in the cold. Also, the coffee bar was a pleasant surprise, we have some coffee aficionados and it was up to their standards. Loved that we could bring our pups. We treated the house like our own! <3 Beautiful house with a good driveway for the wintertime and plenty of space to get together and recharge. The house was well stocked and had comfy beds. I think this was our favorite house from over the years! Great team, easy to communicate with.
