Windsor 10BD Disney Villa for large group! Pool/SPA/Game/BBQ/5 Kings/30 sleeps!

This luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor Island Resort, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (15 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4382 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.

There are ten bedrooms: five king bedrooms, one double Queen bedroom, two double full bedroms, one bedroom has a Twin Bunk bed and a full bed , another one has two Twin Bunks. The home has eight bathrooms, including 4 king master suites and one full/full suite. There are two tubs in the first floor and the second floor seperately. Total 30 people can all sleep in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances as well as all necessary utensils. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside two 8 seating dining tables and chairs. Two large friges for large group.

A gas BBQ grill (optional service)makes poolside living even easier. Ceiling fans circulate air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated (optional service)pool and hot SPA.

The pool faces east-south, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. The outdoor sofa and chairs connect the living room with the pool area to make gathering eazy and happy.

Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table, shuffleboard, foosball table, X-box game on twin TV screens as well as a rest area with drinks cabinet and freezer for relaxing time after a full day theme park visit or shopping trip.

You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, Sea World 20 mins, Magic Kindom 20 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 10 mins away from this villa.

An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly.
