« Room was clean One bed cover had a burned cigarette hole in it. Room smelled like mold. Broken AC controls cover. Lobby very dark. Location very far from eberything. Check in was painful. Lost the reservation that we've made a month in advace and pre-paid via Expidia. Tried to charge us again ! Had to put a $ 105.00 deposit for room and key that we think was a scam. « The attendant at the front desk was more concerned about another taks and not worried about getting us checked in promptly. Once checked in, main hallway was not swept. In the room, the pull out couch was not cleaned inside of, the bed covering the pull out couch was stained and there was party confetti in and around the couch the in room fridge was not cleaned properly and had liquid in it from the previous Tennans. The TV antenna stopped working, the plug for the antenna was taped together...

« When we first checked in, we entered the room and there was a roach(bug) on the microwave. The desk attendant did not register or express any concerns or apology. We will likely not stay here again. Just an apology and show of concern would have been nice. »

« Very friendly, efficient staff - Nathan was particularly fun. Room was clean, and breakfast had a wide variety of choices and quite delicious. Wish the second elevator was working, but we didn't have to wait too long for the one that was - just a bit crowded around check-out. We've stayed here twice, and we plan on doing it again. All-in-all - excellent! Thanks! »
