« Our stay exceeded our expectations including the close proximity to the beach. Sean did an excellent job communicating with us and answering our questions in a timely manner. We especially loved the availability of the key pad access versus having to catch a pick-up time and keeping up with keys. The pools were clean and inviting. A perfect vacation. Thank you! »

« Location is great - less than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. The beach is nice and wasn’t crowded even on the weekend. The house had a decent amount of privacy, unlike some other neighborhoods (like rookery for example). The outdoor shower was cool with lots of warm water. Kitchen had everything. Deck was great for watching the sky and listening to the waves. I wish the fold out couch was more comfortable, and the house smelled like mothballs. The smell didn’t bother me much after the first day....

« Within a few days after booking I found out I had more family coming than I originally thought. I emailed the owner multiple times to cancel but I got no response. So, we had 10 people staying in a house that didn’t hold that many. There were ants everywhere. They were in the bed and on the chairs in the living room. Two of the chairs on the deck were rusted out and broken. Since we had too many people, those chairs mattered. It was very disappointing. »

« This is the perfect little studio if you’re staying in the area to run around and tackle some activities. Nice little backyard section! »

« Cute and clean. Short walk to a great dog friendly beach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. One draw back is no patio or outdoor sitting area. »

« The home was very tidy upon arrival! The walk to the beach was short but it was not terrible. The beach parking is very limited so it’s best to try to get there early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Everything in the house worked perfectly as well. Overall, it’s a very nice home to stay in and I would definitely recommend others to this place and company as well as they have been very patient and helpful! »

« The hosts were super friendly, responded promptly and answered all of our questions with great detail! The property was clean and spacious. Having a full bath with every bedroom was great! Although the pool is small it was perfect for little ones to play and allowed for the adults to relax and not chase them around.
