Delightful Dauphin Island awaits, and this newly renovated second-floor condo is the perfect place to land for your next vacation. Rise and shine in one of the two bedrooms, brew a pot of coffee, and wake up slow on the deck, with a lovely view of the water just beyond the marsh grass. Head inside to whip up breakfast at the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets, and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the table for six or pull up one of the four stools at the breakfast bar to keep it casual.

Visit the complex’s shared pool after breakfast, or explore a little further afield. When you return, cool off in the central AC and grab a spot on one of the couches for a little TV. End the day as you began, out on the balcony, enjoying the view, this time of the night stars over the water.

Dauphin Island Condo

We stayed in this condo in March 2025. The layout was perfect. It was my husband and I and our 22 year old daughter. She was able to have her own room/bathroom. There was plenty of room in the living room/kitchen/dining area for all of us and other family members who were in the same complex. It is decorated nicely and was clean when we showed up. They were very generous with the TP/paper towels etc. Not a ton of towels for the bathroom/kitchen, but managed fine. The complex itself is very nice. The pools are nice and one of them is heated and was warm enough for us to swim. The beach is a little bit of a hike, but it was very nice once you got out to it. Lots of beach area - it is nice and wide and not crowded at all. They had a lot of dishes/utensils and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. It was a good trip and this was a good condo for our family.

Perfect for family of 4

Having the pool & beach everyday as options and not having to get sand in my car is the best! One thing we learned is that you need to eat dinner early. The restaurants fill up fast and close early. It was a great trip!

Beautiful condo and lovely beach

The condo was quite nice. Well furnished and very clean. The pool area was very nice. The beach was beautiful. Quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were hoping for! The check in and communication was great. The only issue was the lack of beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. We flew in and were unable to bring them so had to go purchase some. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come again!

Nice Property

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. As with anything there were so pros and cons but our overall experience was pleasant. Fully equipped with plenty of dishes. There was some glasses with cracks that were in the cabinet- so be cautious…. And one of the kitchen chairs leg is about to break off. Not sure if this is where It should be reported or not. The table was large, which was nice… the air worked great. The balcony with a view of the beach… there are three palm trees that blocked some of the view. The walk to beach was a little further than I expected. Thanks for having us.

Know before you go

It's a nice property that is true to the listing photos. It was clean on arrival, but not pristine (collections of dust bunnies and tissues under the beds and dressers). We only had 2 hand towels and three washcloths for four people over 5 nights. Although there are rules for the property, be aware that they are not necessarily enforced. Although this is advertised and posted there as a non-smoking property anywhere on the premises, we had massive amounts of smoke coming under our door (presumably from the foyer). This unit is split into two with a common foyer area. The door doesn't touch the floor so we stuffed a towel in the gap. When I contacted Vacasa the local office said they couldn't help. We have a family member with asthma and another with heart problems so this is a health issue. Since the units can be rented together, I assume the same management team has both. The cleaning crew who came to clean up the adjoining unit is quite loud, starting with an apparent mix-up within the crew that resulted in them repeatedly banging on the foyer door and ringing the bell over and over. Once that was settled, they returned at about 9 that evening and were incredibly loud - remember this is a unit that can be split and the doors don't touch the tile. Usual issues with condos and hotels like normal noise and talking do not bother us and come with the territory, but we did not expect the smoke issues and the insistent banging on the doors from the cleaning crew during our stay. Just things to know before you go. It's a shame that management issues cloud an otherwise nice property.
