Unit 722 - The Eagle's Nest - Welcome to the pinnacle of island living at Holiday Isle on Dauphin Island, where luxury meets coastal charm in this exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condo perched on the coveted 7th story. Prepare to be captivated by expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and the picturesque West End of Dauphin Island from the wrap-around windows that seamlessly connect the kitchen to the master bedroom. The unit offers a generous living space, where the kitchen, dining area, wet bar, and living room harmoniously flow together. The interior is bathed in natural light! The master suite boasts a king bed, ensuite bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower, while a hall bath, located off the kitchen, provides easy access with its own walk-in shower. The third bedroom, adorned with a queen bed, showcases private balconies for both the second and third bedrooms, offering stunning views of the Dauphin Island Bridge and Graveline Bay. The view is 5 stars. The balcony furniture leaves a lot to be desired though, with and/or broken. That’s a shame. If the owner would upgrade the balcony furniture, to hover the premium price being charged. The sliding door screen leading out to the balcony was torn also. I expected nicer for the price.

Incredible Views

The Eagles Nest is a beautiful condo with endless views and the sunsets are amazing. The interior is furnished nicely and comfortable, great recliners! However, it is time for some items to have attention, we were extremely disappointed in the patio furniture it was all very old and damaged. The kitchen utensils need replacing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Please address the patio it needs attention!

Beautiful Space

This was a great location for a quiet beach trip for our family. The view is amazing, and we enjoyed time just sitting on the balcony and taking it in. It is a decent walk to the beach, but that wasn't a big deal for our group. We'd definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious condo. Property description was accurate. The views and wrap around porch set this condo apart from our previous condo stays. The kitchen had all the essentials, but could use more silverware. The floors were dirty, the cleaning service needs to step up their game. I would recommend this condo.

Amzing Views of the Island

Convenient to all parts of the Island. Place is updated,clean spacious for a family of six Outdoor/Indoor pool with Jacuzzi was amazing perfect amenities, safe and gated Community! Pple are friendly, Quiet, love it that if the guest want to listen to their own music they put a posted sign To "Please use your Earbuds To listen to your music" We "Thank the Management Team for Reinforcing all Rules for Everyone to be safe, and to have a peaceful vacation! We highly recommend This place to any family to come to this Place!

A Hidden Gem on DI

Beautiful setting. The wrap around balcony alone is worth the trip! Amazing views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay. The condo is conveniently situated and the check in process is simple. Bathroom doors are wide enough for a walker and showers aren’t equipped with safety/pull bars but failed to ask about that so my review isn’t skewed by that fact. I’m only including for the benefit of other potential handicapped or mobility limited guests. The bidet in the Master Bath was a nice touch. My rating on cleanliness was due to very sandy floors upon arrival. A nice vacuum is provided in the laundry room so this was only a minor inconvenience. Candy wrappers and other random pieces of trash found in several rooms and on the balcony. This only mentioned in hopes that owner reads the comments. A hefty cleaning fee is charged and perhaps owner isn’t getting their monies worth. Overall, a great experience! We will be back!

The pinnacle of restoration and relaxation on the island!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying in the Eagle's Nest penthouse condo at Dauphin Island, and it was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panoramic views that stretched across the horizon. Each evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that painted the sky in hues of orange, pink, and purple. Watching the sun sink into the gulf from the comfort of the huge wrap-around balcony was nothing short of magical. The condo itself was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and luxurious touches. The spacious living area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and remotely-controlled shades allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the ocean even when we were indoors. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy leisurely breakfasts while soaking in the views. When we felt like being spontaneous, or just lazy beach bums, we could walk across the street and get brisket or fried seafood. We always look forward to the easy pace of the island on our stays, and this was no exception. Staying this time, at this place, took us to a whole other level of relaxation. Our stay in the penthouse condo was an unforgettable experience. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural beauty, and the island’s serene vibe made it a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to return and create more cherished memories in this idyllic paradise.
