« We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott. »

« I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable!
