Ideally situated on beautiful Lake Jennie, this spacious, modern, 4-bedroom, 3-bath, beautifully furnished getaway boasts a large lawn, dock, pontoon rental and all the amenities!

Cook for a crowd with all new appliances in the fully furnished kitchen, grill outside on the gas grill or roast hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. Relax outside on one of the two decks. Fish right from the dock, use the 2 kayaks included in your rental or rent our pontoon to explore the lake. Enjoy breathtaking water views, sunrises and sunsets.

The entire garage has been converted into a game room and retreat center. Play foosball, ping pong, darts and other games. 15 - 6 foot long tables are perfect for scrapbooking, quilting, crafting or other retreat purposes.

Enjoy winter activities like snowmobiling, ice fishing, and cross country skiing around the home’s large property in the winter months or spend the day on the lake in the summer! Lake Jennie is a 1,064 acre lake in Meeker County. It has 5.9 miles of shoreline and when fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Black Bullhead, Bluegill, Brown Bullhead, Green Sunfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Crappie, Yellow Perch and Pumpkinseed.

- First Bedroom (located on 2nd floor)……….. 1 Queen Bed

- Second Bedroom (located on 2nd floor)……….. 1 King Beds

-Third Bedroom (located on 2nd floor)...........1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed

-Fourth Bedroom (located in basement)...........2 Queen Beds

-A full size bed is also located in the basement living room area

- There is a twin size bed in the office

-First Bathroom (located on the main level) - sink, shower, toilet

-Second Bathroom (located on 2nd level) - sink, tile shower, toilet

-Third Bathroom (located in basement) - sink, toilet, tub & shower combo



HOME LAYOUT:

- Main Level: kitchen, living room, sitting room, laundry room, bathroom

- Second level: three bedrooms, one bathroom

- Basement level: one bedroom, one bathroom, large family room

- Garage: game room and retreat center can be set up with 15 - 6 foot long tables, perfect for scrapbooking, quilting, crafting or other retreat purposes.


THE BASICS:

No smoking, no pets, no excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No parking on the grass.


Note: the base rate includes up to 11 guests. Additional guests are charged a fee of $30.00 per day, per guest.

**ONLY authorized, registered guests are allowed at the property. Additional guests are charged for at a rate of $30 per person, per day. We must have name, address and phone number of any visiting guests.

*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

This property is secured with a Smart-Lock system located on the front door. You will be given a 4-digit access code prior to arrival.
