Exited to stay but upon arrival you have to walk down between the houses to get to back of property and the grass was so long that it was hard to see patio slabs that were just placed on the grass and it was pouring out so the water was rushing down the embankment and pooling causing it to be a trip and slip hazard.At night when we returned from being out there was no light to light the way to the back yard down the grass except our phones. Inside Vrbo was pleasant and very modern and new. The kitchen was not fully stocked and host had to bring me a frying pan so I could cook. It lacked utensil, toaster, frying pan. Bed mattress collapsed on the window side of bed when sitting on edge of it and the springs and metal inside mattress were protruding out the one side. The bed required the sheets and pillow cases to be changed when I inspected the bed. More than damp towels were folded in bathroom for us to use and a used bar of soap on the tub. Was able to communicate with the host who lives on property and with Vrbo. Resolution was to leave- can say that if changes are made in all of the areas that I’ve mentioned that it would be eventually a nice place to stay.
