« We loved our stay...Alix is a great host and very quick to respond, also very kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier. The Old Stables itself is well positioned; only minutes from the town but nicely tucked away...The kitchen and bathroom are lovely and spotlessly clean - bathroom has gorgeous rainfall shower :) bed was very comfortable...all much appreciated after a long day walking. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend! »

« If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, then this is the place! Gorgeous flat, comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. It has lots of lovely personal touches and is well thought out and well equipped. Amazing views across the marina to Dartmouth and lovely terrace. Sadly the pub and coffee shop were being refurbished and the shop is quite limited, but we enjoyed walking down to the ferry and crossing over to Dartmouth. No shortage of places to shop/eat there. « My daughter snd I stayed for two nights at this delightful property. The ferry is close by, and it was very easy to find once we’d crossed over from Dartmouth. It was very, very quiet, which we loved and we heard beautiful birdsong in the mornings. Place is cute and cosy, and we had all the amenities we needed. A short walk away is a “general “ shop. And also within quick walking distance are two pubs with great food. The wee private garden was wonderful, as well. Would definitely come back! »
