« There was an issue on arrival as I was told I needed to pay even though I had made a prior payment with my credit card online. This was eventually resolved but there is clearly a problem in the arrangement between the hotel and Expedia. »

« Staff did not know about reservation. Did not speak English. »

« The rooms are great, clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was wifi, seems that it gets to limit devices connected whenever the hotel is full. We could not connect the first two days of our stay, and staff could not help »

« when I made check in I was given opprrunity to choose between 2 rooms but at the check out the hotel manager insisted that I need to pay more than what the price was because they upgraded me. I did not pay eventually but had a bad feeling about this try. The internet is very slow, the hotel is very far from the center of the town. »

« Personnel très accueillant et serviable L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais tout est fait par le personnel pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les chambres sont propres Par contre, balade sur la plage à marée haute impossible, fermée des 2 côté par des rochers. Rien autour, prévoyez un budget taxi ou touc touc, préférence pour les touc touc car beaucoup de circulation Restauration sur place impeccable, beaucoup de choix »

So they can randomly charge what they want for that day.according to their need or what they think they can get. There is a Islamic church on the next street over and...

Initially we’re told we weren’t allowed to stay together and then they allowed it within the same sentence. Tried to downgrade the room from what we paid for. Bathroom handle broken off inside the bathroom so you couldn’t shut or lock the door. Only 1 pillow in the room. Wobbly desk which they fixed...
