Daphne has adopted the nickname “The Jubilee City” due to its status as one of the locations of the Mobile Bay jubilee. Getting Around:
We are a short 20 minute drive from the Mobile International Airport, and just under an hour from the Pensacola International Airport. Once here, you have full access to free parking in the garage or on the street…just watch out for golf carts in the neighborhood! If you want a break from driving, ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 per pet fee.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ LAWN CARE/PEST CONTROL ★
Maintaining a healthy lawn and pest-free home is an important part of ensuring an enjoyable stay for all guests. Our properties may have bi-weekly lawn care and quarterly pest control services scheduled during your stay. Please notify us upon booking if you have any concerns.

★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★
This home is equipped with a doorbell camera and a driveway camera that begin to record and monitor when motion is detected. There are no cameras or devices that record or monitor the interior of the home.
